Belgian Lifting & Equipment Company (BLE) is proud of its outstanding after-sales service, as the many satisfied customers will testify. The expert technical service ("Service") and the experienced spare parts service ("Spare Parts") work harmoniously together to be able to carry out repairs and maintenance as quickly as possible.
The technical service has both an in-house and an on-site service. Ten top technicians are constantly upgrading their skills to be able to work on the newest types and models. The technicians are regularly sent for intensive week-long training courses conducted by the manufacturers.
Belgian Lifting & Equipment Company (BLE) personnel have all of the certificates, diplomas and qualifications to be able to carry out repairs on all the cranes in the range. BLE is one of the few dealers in Europe to have earned Grove's "Elite" qualification. That means that BLE meets the very high standards set by Grove for technical knowledge and skills.
Every Grove model that has ever been sold in Belgium can be maintained by BLE and, in the event of a breakdown, repaired.

Well equipped service vehicles stand ready to respond to job-site breakdowns. The vehicles are stocked with the most common parts so they can get the cranes back into operation immediately in 90% of the cases.
The technicians also check for structural problems on site and can order the spare parts required immediately. That gets the client back to work straight away and saves time when carrying out the final repair.
The service vehicles are also supplied with a complete technical library, containing schematics and manuals for all of the cranes. That makes it possible to look up the solution for a problem for every model and every type right away. The manuals have been provided electronically for the more recent types. With a PDA unit, the technicians can call up the information they need immediately ... even while they are working on the machine.

BLE can take care of the complete maintenance and repair of your crane, using either electrical, hydraulic or mechanical parts, as required. In addition to its outstanding professionals, BLE also has its own well equipped workshop with 2 8-tonne roller bridges, an oil-distribution system, hydraulic lifts and a compressed-air installation.
The choice of maintenance is up to the client: on call of a full, customised, maintenance contract.

For some repairs, BLE calls on suppliers and the company is very selective in choosing its partners. With each partner, BLE builds a long-term relationship based on mutual understanding. BLE works with the best repair specialists for masts, motors, automatic transmissions, hydraulics, cylinders, ...
BLE itself is responsible for removing and transporting the parts.
For the clients, BLE is the only point of contact who assumes all responsibility for all aspects of the work.
BLE is the hub that organises and coordinates the total repair.
